• Do-It-Yourself AS/400 MI Assembler Programming - Richard Bains presents software utility CRTMIPGM, written in Cobol to take advantage of AS/400 facilities such as the Create Program API, QPRCRTPG. The utility lets programmers assemble an AS/400 machine language program. See Letters (July, p. 15) for the code to create a temporary space using the new V2R3 APIs as well as the necessary revisions to the CRTMIPGMC program.
