Automation Centre introduces Web and wireless capabilities that streamline the way remote workers receive and access project-related information remotely in Tracker Suite 7.0, the latest release of its team collaboration software for Domino servers, including the iSeries. A revamped workflow engine in version 7.0 lets users receive, review, and approve time/expense/purchase reports and requests from mobile devices and integrate workflow with outside organizations. The upgrade also lets enterprises pool, update, and analyze shared human and system resources, and it provides a more outward-facing customer relationship management module that lets customers create support requests and participate in projects.
