CCSS has released V12 of its QSystem Monitor, a performance-monitoring and reporting solution for the System i. The update adds a Purge-Whilst-Active (PwA) capability, a Reorganize Selected Files (RSF) feature, and a Disk Usage Inquiry (DUI) option to the solution. The new PwA feature lets users perform data purges without exiting the product. With the new RSF feature, the solution will reorganize files with more than a certain number of deleted records and will skip any members that cannot be allocated exclusively. The new DUI capacity lets managers reorganize files that have the largest number or percentage of deleted records.
