Chrono-Logic releases iAM – for Development V4.0, a change-management solution for programmers using LANSA development tools. iAM – for Development is written entirely in Visual LANSA and offers users a choice of Windows or green-screen interfaces.

Features new to V4 include two new development tools, Forecast and Rebuild. Forecast lets developers search the LANSA repository, analyze source code, and identify all LANSA cross-references related to a group of LANSA definitions or objects on any system partition. Rebuild automatically notes any changes to fields in LANSA objects, identifies the field’s cross-references, and recompiles the related files and functions automatically. The upgrade also adds support for IFS/QDLS documents.
