Research and Markets has published a new book, Data Analysis Using SQL and Excel. The book shows business managers and data analysts how to use the tools of SQL and Excel to extract business information from relational databases. Each chapter explains why, when, and how to perform a particular type of business analysis and what the results look like in SQL and Excel. The publication also includes hints about Excel, SQL, data analysis, and data mining. All examples in the book have adjoining SQL and Excel code. Also, appendixes show how non-standard constructs are implemented in other major databases such as Oracle and IBM DB2/UDB.
