SonicWALL is advancing its SSL VPN secure remote-access solutions for small and mid-sized businesses with its Virtual Assist solution. The SSL VPN runs on SonicWALL's VPN 4000, which supports the System i. SSL VPN lets users securely connect to a network from any location via a web browser. The new Virtual Assist feature enables technicians to diagnose problems on a customer's computer by gaining instant access to the computer via a web browser. It also lets technicians take control remotely of a customer's PC or laptop to more easily see and resolve issues.
