Sugar Enterprise is one edition of SugarCRM that offers offline client synchronization as well as reporting and Oracle database support. The product features compatibility with the MySQL Database Server and the Zend Core for i5/OS PHP platform. SugarCRM is open-source, customer-relationship-management (CRM) software. It provides business users with a single view of customer interactions across sales, marketing, and service operations with reporting and collaboration tools. Also, SugarCRM lets companies customize and integrate customer-facing business processes.
