Sysload Software has released SP ANALYST for VMware ESX infrastructures, a solution that helps companies manage the performance of complex systems and determine the real impact of virtualization on IT infrastructure. The product runs on Power Systems, AIX, Linux, and other platforms. It provides a centralized, realtime view of the data center to help administrators handle performance management, even on complex virtual infrastructures.

According to Yann Guernion, chief technology officer of Sysload Software, Sysload has "worked to overcome the surveillance restraints characteristic of virtualized infrastructures" in particular.

SP ANALYST for VMware ESX provides increased frequency and higher granularity of data collection, the use of a single console to monitor both physical and virtual machines, and a feature that controls the timekeeping discrepancy on machines running the ESX Server platform.
