Q: I'm having problems with WDSc. I've tried using the Install/Update perspective to update to the latest version, but it didn't help. Is there somehwere else I can look for updates?

A: IBM maintains a Web site for WDSc support. There are technotes, APARs, and even patches that you can download to assist you in solving problems. I recently had a problem with the JVM crashing. A quick search of the IBM site located a patch to the JVM that solved my problem.
