After publishing the tip "APIs by Example: Open List of Jobs (QGYOLJOB)" in the June 19 issue of this newsletter, readers using V5R2 quickly discovered that an IBM bug prevented the sample program from working. (It works fine with V5R1.) The bug was reported to IBM, and the company has just released a fix in PTF SI09405.
