BOSaNOVA [1] has increased performance on a number of System i-compatible thin-client devices. The updated 1300 Series is now powered by a 1.5 GHz VIA processor CPU and is available in two versions, Linux (LTC-1300) and XPe (XTC-1300), which offer an 802.11 b/g internal wireless option, dual video with wide-screen support, and built-in PCI and PCMCIA slots. Both units include the 8X AGP graphics accelerator. Additionally, BOSaNOVA’s 7300 RBT units are now shipping with the LX800 processor and are available running user choice of XPe, Linux, and CE.Net OSs.
